Smoky Mountain Weddings

We are pleased to offer two options for planning your wedding. If you have a clear vision for your big day, we offer our Venue Rental Only package. This package allows you to plan and execute your own wedding. Our Event Specialists are available for guidance and advice, if needed. They can also help connect you with vendors who meet your specific needs, as well as budget. If you just want to just want to show up and enjoy your wedding, we offer Full Event Coordination. This option will provide you peace of mind, knowing that everything is taken care of; flowers, music, food, cakes, entertainment, officiants, linens and more.

Rehearsal Dinners


More than just a mere rehearsal, this pre-wedding celebration is a kickoff to your upcoming nuptials. Let us help you plan the perfect Smoky Mountain rehearsal dinner! Whether you’re looking for a formal sit-down meal inside the Lodge, or a casual picnic outdoors, our Event Specialists can help customize a memorable affair that your friends and family are sure to enjoy.

Ceremonies


Whether you opt to have your wedding ceremony outdoors under our gazebo—or in the Lodge itself—the Smoky Mountains will provide the ultimate backdrop for your wedding. Should you choose the Venue Rental Only option, the Lodge will act as a “blank slate” for you to plan your ceremony. If you’re looking for a bit more guidance, our Full Event Coordination package allows you to rely on our expert team of Event Specialists, who can arrange for officiants, live music, flowers and more.

Receptions


You’ve said your “I do’s,” and now it’s time to celebrate with toasts, food, music and dancing! Our reception hall has floor-to-ceiling windows, so that your guests can take in the stunning Smoky Mountain views while enjoying the festivities. There is ample space for a DJ, bar, band, etc., in addition to meal set-up. Our space can accommodate up to 200 guests for a buffet style service, and 275 for a seated service.

Elopements


Whether you’re thinking about running away to the mountains alone with your betrothed, or with a small group of family and friends, we will make sure that your Smoky Mountain elopement is warm and meaningful.

Destination Weddings


Looking to have an intimate gathering at a fabulous locale with only your close family and friends in attendance? Combine your love of the mountains with the love for your significant other, by having a Smoky Mountain destination wedding!

Engagement Parties


Celebrate the newly engaged couple with a party they won't soon forget! The Smoky Mountains are simply the perfect place to celebrate the couple as they embark upon their journey to marriage.
